This beautiful bird Embraer Lineage 1000 did not fly much during the Covid 19 Pandemic and due to the lockdown, it could not be cleaned regularly. The operator requested us to demonstrate AeroChamp exterior cleaning products and its capabilities.Â
Our well trained and skilled workforce took the challenge to deliver a shinning aircraft to the customer. It took them 2 days to carryout complete stain removal and degrease the hard to reach cavities including the landing gear compartment. Then it took then 1 full day to polish the exterior painted surface of the aircraft. The result was a WOW…. by the customer. A happy customer is always the biggest reward to our team.
We inspected the aircraft after 3 months and several flights of carrying out the exterior detailing task and it was still shinny and smooth. AeroChamp exterior cleaning products have been developed to meet the hot and humid climatic conditions in the Middle East and Asia region, which was established one more time by this demo exterior detailing.
