Cabin Interior Refurbishment of Embraer Legacy 650
Our team carrier out interior refurbishment of Embraer Legacy 650 in the shortest TAT of just 10 days. It was the most challenging project we every handled, as the customer decided to get the seat upholstery replaced after grounding of aircraft for major check.
We had to procure leather from US supplier which was a big challenge due to logistics issues during Christmas holidays.
Our whole team worked extended hours, almost 16 hours every day, sometimes 2 days continuously to complete the project on time. Finally we were able to deliver the seats with a delay of 1 day on the 11th day from the day we received the seats for refurbishment.
We also supplied hand tufted carpet which was installed on this aircraft.
